PoolVilla Rotonda is a historical villa surrounded by beautiful terraced olive groves overlooking the medieval towers of Luca. Dating back to the 16th century, this four-bedroom villa has been fully restored while retaining its historic charm and rustic character. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding valley from the large floodlit swimming pool and the wonderful alfresco dining area.
The gracious interiors, although they were carefully renovated to a high standard of modern luxury, preserve the traditional Tuscan country living. The ground floor features a spacious living room with direct access to the garden and to a lovely outdoor dining area. The typical Tuscan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a central island perfect for cooking classes which can be organized for a minimum of six persons. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a cozy dining area with seating for eight persons. The first floor accommodates eight persons in four individually styled bedrooms with rustic yet elegant elements such as original terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and offers amazing views over the garden and the surrounding countryside.
While staying at this exclusive holiday retreat, a complimentary housekeeping and chef service will be provided six days a week. A personal chef will be at the guest’s complete disposal for preparation of breakfast and one meal including lunch or dinner. Its convenient location is ideal for visiting the charming medieval cities in Tuscany such as Lucca and Montecarlo as well as for experiencing great wine, oil and ice-cream tasting, hiking, horseback riding, hot air balloon and a private helicopter excursion for an outstanding aerial adventure. Golf and tennis players can visit an exclusive Golf & Tennis Club only within five-minute drive. The surrounding breathtaking landscapes and amazing panoramas makes this property ideal for those seeking to spend a relaxing Tuscan break.

Please Note:

- The above optional services are available upon request and payable on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- During high season, in case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out until 12pm. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €3,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Pets are allowed with an extra fee.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
