PoolThis spectacular villa is situated in a beautiful private estate among the Tuscan hills only 30 minutes from Florence. The villa is surrounded by a charming garden with lawns and tall trees, a private swimming pool with sun lounges and lovely outdoor furniture. The main outdoor steps lead to a big iron door which opens onto a lovely loggia. The key characteristic of this property are the arched openings and archways which create a luxurious atmosphere of ancient chic and enhance the elegance of the interior spaces.
The ground floor features a bright and spacious entrance hall, a large living room with a cozy fireplace, a library and an office space, an elegant dining room with period furniture and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with classic Italian ceramic tiles including a table for breakfast. The guest bathroom is also located on the same floor. The first floor has an entrance lobby with a library, a traditional fireplace and big arched windows offering an outstanding panoramic view. Villa Girolamo can accommodate up to six persons in three lovely guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. For larger groups of eleven guests, the main villa can be rented together with its two-story guest house which is located a few steps from the main villa. The guest house comprises three guest-rooms hosting five additional persons. When the main villa is booked, in order to guarantee a complete privacy and exclusivity, the guest house is not available for other customers.
The grounds of the estate rich in picturesque gardens and century old trees offer tranquility to the guests but at the same time, its convenient location makes this vacation rental the perfect place for enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. From the charming medieval towns and cities including Florence, Arrezo, Siena and San Gimignano to the Chianti Wine Region with endless rows of vineyards, olive groves and epic cypress tree-lined driveways. During your stay, the communal areas of the estate are at your complete disposal some of which comprise two tennis courts, a shop-cafe with local organic products and the main reception which is available for information and concierge services in a daily basis.

- The above optional services are available upon request and payable on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm and check-out until 10 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival. Earlier or late check-in may be available on request but requires advance notice.
- The pool usually opens from May 4 to October 12.
- Small and medium size pets are allowed but require an advance notice.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
