PoolNested in the charming Chianti countryside, Villa Gardenia is a grand Tuscan home with more than 5450 sq. ft living area accommodating 16 guests. Attached to the villa, there is a two-story guest house with separate entrance accommodating ten additional persons. This can be exclusively rented together with the main villa accommodating twenty-six persons in total. The villa has been tastefully refurbished to offer maximum comfort while retaining its authentic elements such as a fireplace with its large stone architrave, handcrafted Fresco walls and sandstone steps at the entrance. The beautiful interiors include traditional chestnut beamed ceilings, terracotta floor finish and sophisticated furnishing. The interior walls are individually decorated with Fresco theme paintings adding a unique character to each space. Next to the villa there is a large portico with a lovely gazebo ideal for breakfast, Alfresco dining and evening aperitifs. In addition, the colorful garden features a large swimming pool with a mini-bar, a shower and a changing room.
The ground floor of the main villa contains some sitting lounges equipped with satellite TV, two fireplaces and a dining area with seating for fourteen guests on the ground floor. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a large double-door American refrigerator with ice-dispenser, a wooden oven, a double stove and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a breakfast area with a cozy fireplace and opens into a large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining and wonderful views over the green surrounding hills. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the same floor as well as laundry room. The first floor of the main villa houses six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the top floor a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms offer excellent panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and one of the bedrooms opens into a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.
The two-story guest house has a separate entrance offering complete privacy and is fully equipped with air-conditioning. On the ground there is a double bedroom with one bathroom suitable also for disabled people. The first floor houses two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Terms:
- The rental prices are available upon request.
- A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and check-out until 10am. Late check out is subject to availability. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- Pets are allowed with an extra fee.
General Terms:
- For stays in countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
- Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
