PoolThis beautifully restored maisonette is part of a private estate comprising ten very charming stone houses, situated in the verdant countryside of Chianti and within a short drive from the most fascinating medieval hill towns of the region. Maisonette Belvedere can accommodate four persons making it ideal for small groups. The interior consists of wood beam ceilings, terracotta flooring and is decorated mainly with antique furniture from Tuscany. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, one bathroom with bathtub and a laundry room. The first floor houses two double bedrooms and a bathroom shared between the two rooms. The house has an outdoor private paved patio perfect for al fresco dining. During your stay at Maisonette Santa, you are welcome to use a large shared swimming pool and stroll around the lovely outdoor green areas within the grounds of the estate. A delicious breakfast buffet is served in a beautiful semi-closed veranda with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and is available for all the guests of the estate at an additional cost.
Several services and activities can be organized during your stay to help you personalize your holiday experience. Hire a personal chef to prepare lunch or dinner for a special occasion and enjoy the authentic flavors of a traditional Tuscan meal, all accompanied by a glass of good local wine. Cocking classes will offer you the opportunity to learn how to prepare authentic Tuscan dishes. Various restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias with traditional Tuscan cuisine are situated within a short drive. The maisonette is situated on a prime location, in the heart of Chianti, one of the most popular areas in Tuscany for producing red wine and extra virgin olive oil. Many famous wineries that are located nearby, offer guided tours and wine tastings. Additional activities that you can experience during your holiday include golf, tennis, horseback riding and an off-road safari wine tour, the ultimate activity to discover the beauty of Tuscany’s wild nature.

Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights). Exceptions may be possible on a case-by-case upon request.
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- During high season, in case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm and check-out from 8 am to 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €150.00 is required upon arrival in cash (Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
