PoolThis beautifully restored maisonette is part of a private estate made up of several stone houses that is close to some of the Chianti’s most picturesque medieval hill towns. The property was once a chapel and has been recently restored to a modern, yet relaxed country home surrounded by a charming private garden. On the ground floor, elements such as the wooden floors and the fireplace in the living room provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine and opens onto a quiet private patio with outdoor dining. One bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor. A stylish and chic staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a twin-bedded loft bedroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
During your stay at Maisonette Santa, you are welcome to use the shared swimming pool and stroll around the lovely outdoor green areas of the estate. A breakfast buffet is served in a beautiful semi-closed veranda within the grounds of the estate which offers breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. The breakfast buffet is available for all the guests at an additional cost. Lunches and dinners can be prepared on request by a personal chef for special occasions, all accompanied by a glass of good local wine. Within a short driving distance, you will find a number of elegant restaurants, traditional trattorias, and pizzerias. Some delightful services and activities you can experience to discover the real Tuscan culture include cooking classes focusing on authentic traditional meals and safari wine tours. The safari tours feature off-road drive with a vintage English SUV through the Chianti hills, guided tours to three wineries as well as wine tasting. A visit to the beautiful small medieval towns in the Chianti region should definitely be planned during your stay.

Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights). Exceptions may be possible on a case-by-case upon request.
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- During high season, in case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm and check-out from 8 am to 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €150.00 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
