PoolVilla Rinaldi is a luxurious and cozy vacation rental only two kilometers away from the center of Sorrento, located on the coastal area known as Capo di Sorrento. The property expands over 300 square meters (3,230 square feet) and is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees from which it produces top quality oil. The villa is privately accessed through an electronic gate while the private driveway leads to the main entrance. With its five bedrooms, it can accommodate up to ten persons. It features an amazing private garden filled with regional colorful plants and flowers, a private swimming pool and private terraces overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The garden is equipped with al fresco outdoor furniture, a barbecue and pizza oven making it ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool area has a separate changing room and a shower and bar service can be arranged upon request at an extra cost.
The two-story mansion offers high-quality standards in terms of amenities, ambiance, and comfort including air-conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open fireplace, a formal dining room with seating for eight guests and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art modern design. Stunning panoramic views are available from the balcony adjacent to the dining room. There is also a wine cabinet housing a selection of local and Italian wines at your disposal. The five elegant double guest-rooms are distributed between the ground floor and the top floor. All the bedrooms have a terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and four of them have en-suite bathrooms.
Villa Rinaldi is ideally situated for exploring Positano, the Amalfi Peninsula, Capri, the Pompeii ruins as well as the beautiful historic site of Bagni Regina Giovanna. The characteristic beach of Puolo with its fisherman village is only two kilometers away. Nearby you can find several cafes and shops as well as a number of excellent restaurants in the town of Sorrento. In addition, there are various outdoor sports and recreational activities available including golf as well as sailing and windsurfing at the beautiful beaches.

Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm and check-out until 10 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
