PoolHouse di Pietra is a large and comfortable apartment of two floors ideal for accommodating a small group of people. It forms part of a beautiful private estate located on a peaceful hillside in the Chianti countryside, comprising several restored stone houses. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, etc. The kitchen opens onto a private outdoor garden with a dining terrace and a laundry room. The upper floor houses two double bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom with shower shared between the two rooms. The interior spaces preserve traditional features including beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, and antique furniture.
During your stay at House di Pietra, you are welcome to use the magnificent exterior spaces of the estate including a large shared swimming pool and several outdoor green areas with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. A breakfast buffet is served in a beautiful semi-closed veranda within the grounds of the estate and is available for all the guests at an additional cost. Lunches and dinners can be prepared on request by a personal chef for special occasions, all accompanied by a glass of good local wine. Within a short driving distance, you will different dining options, from elegant restaurants to traditional trattorias and pizzerias. Some of the services and activities you can experience to discover the real Tuscan culture include cooking classes with authentic traditional recipes and safari wine tours. The safari tours feature off-road driving through the Chianti hills, guided tours to three wineries and wine tasting. A visit to the beautiful small medieval towns in the Chianti region should be definitely planned during your stay!

Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights). Exceptions may be possible on a case-by-case upon request.
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- During high season, in case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm and check-out from 8 am to 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €150.00 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot (in cash and in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
