Villa del Arte is a charming historic villa, located in the rolling hills and set in an exceptionally panoramic location near the picturesque walled city of Lucca.  This stunning property preserves the authenticity of the historic residence with the beautifully restored frescoed walls and by recreating the spectacular Renaissance traditional Italian garden.  The villa with five bedrooms and six suites, accommodates twenty-two persons and offers the perfect holiday rental for a large group of friends, a family reunion, a special celebration or even a wedding.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room beautifully decorated with antique furniture, a large dining room with sitting for all the guests and an office equipped with PC, printer and Wi-Fi.  The modern fully equipped kitchen is designed with high standards to satisfy all the guests and fulfil the requirements of a professional kitchen.  Cooking classes can be organised for the guests in different levels and types, varying from typical local dishes of Lucca to refined dishes of the Italian cuisine.  The living room and kitchen have direct access to an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs perfect for al fresco dining.  There are also two bathrooms on the same level fully accessible for disabled guests.  The upper levels are composed of five double bedrooms, one-bedroom suite and five loft bedroom suites, all easily reached by an elevator or the staircases.  The layout of the loft bedroom suites comprises a double story space including a living room at the entrance level, with a sofa bed and a mini-bar, a large walk-in-closet with safe and an en-suite bathroom.  A staircase leads to the upper open-plan level with the sleeping area, an additional mini-bar and a second en-suite bathroom.  The sofa bed in the living room of every loft suite can accommodate one extra guest so total five extra persons at an additional cost.  The interiors of the rooms are luxuriously furnished, decorated with frescoed walls and overlook either the magnificent Italian garden or the surrounding countryside rich with vineyards and olive trees. 

The steps of the main entrance lead to the split-level garden which was carefully re-created to preserve its original elements including a symmetrical design around the villa, a geometric grid pattern, water features and walls surrounding the garden.  There are tables and chairs underneath a large gazebo accommodating around forty persons.  Adjacent to the garden there is a large swimming pool surrounded by sun-bathing loungers and a pergola of roses making it an ideal spot for relaxing.  The pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost.  The villa offers a complimentary mini-bar pre-stocking in all the bedrooms and suites upon arrival and for weekly or longer stays, guests receive additionally a welcome buffet including wine.  The owner of the villa lives in the west side of the villa, on the ground floor and has a separate entrance offering guests complete privacy.  

Villa del Arte can host business conferences, meetings and seminars at the historic lemon house within the grounds of the villa.  This consists of a large indoor space that was converted into a meeting space, designed with movable partition walls to create a flexible space that can be divided into four independent private rooms if required.  This delightful luxury vacation retreat with its unique location, facilities and services, can offer the ideal setting for a wedding as well.  The management of the villa can provide all the required services, assist and share ideas for the theme of the wedding and apply it to all the arrangements and details making that day an unforgettable personalized experience!
