Villa Tosca is an elegant three-story country house immersed in the heart of an outstanding 19th century Tuscan estate and located at a short distance from the ancient town of Luca. The property was originally built as a farmhouse for the workers of the estate including a bread oven, a grain warehouse and stables. Today it has been fully restored to the highest standards offering a lovely retreat, while retaining its authentic Tuscan charm with terracotta floor tiles, wooden beamed ceilings, frescoes and a traditional Tuscan kitchen.
The outdoor spaces feature a large garden with original Tuscan stone patios, a private floodlit swimming pool surrounded with sun lounges, a jacuzzi tub and an alfresco dining area covered by a beautiful gazebo with barbecue and seating for up to twenty-two persons. The interior of the villa contains a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with seating for all the guests, a lounge room overlooking the winter garden and a fully equipped kitchen. The eight luxurious and individually styled bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms accommodate fifteen guests; an extra bed can be added in some bedrooms on request accommodating nineteen persons in total. Every bedroom has an amazing view over the surrounding olive groves, the orchards or the pool area.
