Villa Melograno is a Tuscan country-house completely renovated and set within a beautiful private estate among the rolling hills south of Florence.  This five-bedroom villa is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden including an infinity private pool with sun lounges.  

The interior space is elegantly decorated with a warm color palette and modern comforts.  The ground floor consists of an open-plan space with a dining area, a living room and a modern kitchen.  The double bedrooms are distributed between the ground, first and attic floor accommodating up to ten persons.  There is one spacious bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and a walking closet on the ground floor, three large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one bedroom on the attic with a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside.

The picturesque gardens with cypresses and other century old trees enrich the grounds of the estate offering tranquility, yet the convenient location makes it perfect for day trips to the charming medieval towns and cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Arezzo, Siena and San Gimignano.  During your stay, the communal areas of the estate are at your complete disposal some of which comprise two tennis courts, a shop-cafe with local organic products and the main reception which is available for information and concierge services daily.
